Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 cup Dried Shrimp (soaked in water overnight)
2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 cup Pork Fat
Green Onion
Ground Black Pepper
In a clay pot add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Saute for a few seconds. Add in 1 cup Dried Shrimp. Mix on medium heat. Add in 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce. Add in 1 Tbsp. Sugar. Add in 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. When it starts to boil add in 1 cup Pork Fat. Add in some Ground Black Pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Add in the Green Onions and serve with rice. Enjoy!
