Ingredients
1 lb. Green Beans
2 Bell Peppers
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
6 Shrimp
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
3 tsp. Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Green Onions
1/4 cut Onion
Cilantro
Cut 1 lb. Green Beans. Rinse and blanch the Green Beans. Set aside.
Cut 2 Bell Pepper and set aside.
Using high medium heat, add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil into pan. Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Add in 6 peeled Shrimp. Add in 1/4 cut Onion. Add some Green Onions. When the shrimp turn slightly pink and add in the Bell Pepper. Add in Green Beans. Add 3 tsp. Oyster Sauce. Add 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Add 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar. Add in some water. Mix and stir well. Add in 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Add some Cilantro on top. Serve with meal and enjoy!
