Pork on Sugar Cane Recipe


Ingredients
3 Tbsp. chopped Garlic/Shallots
1 lb. Pork
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
12 Small Sticks of Sugar Cane

Chop some Garlic and Shallots, place in a bowl and set aside (3 Tbsp. of chopped Garlic and Shallots). 

Cut 1 lb. Pork into small pieces.  Place in a food processor.  Add in 3 Tbsp. chopped Garlic/Shallots.  Add 2 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt,1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, 1/3 tsp. Baking Powder and process for 1 minute.  Add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Continue to process for a few seconds and place into a bowl.  Set aside for about 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes, wrap the meat around each Sugar Cane.  When you are done, grill until golden.  Serve and enjoy!
