How to make Jackfruit Jello Vegan (Cách làm rau câu mít) Recipe

 


Ingredients
2 Tbsp Agar Powder
1/2 can Coconut milk
1/3 cup Sugar and 1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Jackfruit
4 cups Water

Cut Jackfruit into strips, you need about 1 cup.  
Bring 4 cups Water to a boil.  Add in 2 Tbsp. Agar Powder.  Add in 1/3 cup Sugar and mix well.  Keep it on high simmer.  

Place 1 cup of Jackfruit into a mold.  Pour in the hot liquid, save about 1 cup in the pot and place it back on the stove to keep warm. 

Now pour in 1/2 can Coconut milk into the pot with the 1 cup liquid.  Bring to a high simmer.  Add in 1/4 cup Sugar.  Mix well.  Pour onto the jello and let it set overnight in the fridge.  Next day, cut into bite size pieces and serve cold.  Enjoy.
