Spicy Sate Grilled Alaskan Cod (Cá tuyết Alaska nướng sa tế) Recipe

 


Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. Alaskan Cod Fish
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Sate

Rinse and cut 1 1/2 lb. Alaskan Cod Fish.  Place in a pan to marinate. In a bowl, add in 1 Tbsp. Sate, 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder, 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper and mix well.  Rub it onto the fish and set aside for 15 minutes.  Grill until golden.  Enjoy!
