Ingredients
15oz. Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
minced Garlic
Green Onions
1/2 Onion
Bean Sprouts
Jalapeños
Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
Blanch 15oz. Egg Noodles and set aside.
Cut Green Onions, 1/2 Onion and Jalapeños.
Mix 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, 2 tsp. Dark Soy Sauce and 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce. Then add in 2 tsp. Sugar, mix well and set aside.
In a pan, add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Saute for a few seconds and add in the Onions and Jalapeños. Stir for a few seconds and add in Bean Sprouts and Green Onions. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a different pan, add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Add in the Egg Noodles. Add in 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning into the soy sauce mixture and add it to the noodles. Stir and add in the Bean Sprouts mixture. Continue to stir and add in some Ground Black Pepper. Serve and enjoy.
