Ingredients
1 Fish (any kind you prefer)
2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tsp. minced Garlic
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. sliced Shallots
sliced Onions
Ginger Strips
Green Onions
Thai Chili Pepper
Cilantro
Ground Black Pepper
Shallots
Clean 1 Fish and cut slits on both sides.
In a small bowl, add in 2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce, 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, 2 tsp. minced Garlic, 2 tsp. Sugar, 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper and 2 Tbsp. sliced Shallots. Mix well.
Stuff the Fish with Green Onions, Ginger Strips and then marinate the whole fish inside and out with the marinated sauce.
Lay some sliced Onions, Ginger Strips and some Green Onions on the plate or pan that you will use to steam the fish in. Place the fish on top. Add some additional Onions, Ginger Strips, Green Onions and Shallots on the fish.
Place it into steamer, place two chopsticks underneath the pan/plate. Steam until cooked. Time depends on the fish size. When it’s almost done, add some more minced Garlic, sliced Onions, Green Onions, Thai Chili Pepper and Cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
