Ingredients
1/2 cup Black Beans
Pinch of Salt
2 cups Sweet Rice
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp. Salt
Water
2 tsp. Sugar
Pandan Leaves
Banana Leaves
Soak 1/2 cup Black Beans overnight. Next day, rinse with water a few times. Cook on medium high heat until soften. Remember to add in a pinch of Salt. Check to see if it is soften, remove from heat.
Rinse 2 cups Sweet Rice. Drain out the water. Add in 1 tsp. Salt, 2 tsp. Sugar, 1 cup Coconut Milk and the cooked Black Beans. Mix well.
Line the bottom of the rice cooker with Banana Leaves and Pandan Leaves.
Pour in the sweet rice mixture. If the liquid doesn’t cover above the sweet rice by 2 inches, add in more water. Turn on rice cooker.
When it is done cooking, remove from rice cooker and enjoy.
