Trứng chiên thịt băm (Ground Pork Omelet) Recipe

 


Ingredients

Egg Mixture
5 Eggs
pinch of Black Ground Pepper
Chicken Powder
pinch of Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Annatto Seed Oil

Ground Pork
6 oz. Pork
4 oz. Imitation Crab
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. chopped Shallots
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Chicken Powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
3/4 tsp. Sugar
chopped Green Onions

Cooking the Ground Pork
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
Ground Pork
Annatto Seed Oil

Cooking the Omelet
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. minced Garlic
Egg Mixture with Pork
chopped Green Onions
Egg Yolks with Annatto seed Oil

Crack 5 Eggs, place two yolks in a separate bowl. In the large bowl, add in a pinch of Black Ground Pepper, Chicken Powder, pinch of Salt and 1 tsp. Sugar.  Beat the Eggs and set aside. 

Add in 1 Tbsp. Annatto Seed Oil into the two Egg Yolks.  Mix well and set aside. 

Cut 6 oz. Pork and place in a processor.  Add in 4 oz. Imitation Crab. Process until it blends together. Place it into a bowl. Add 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1 tsp. chopped Shallots, 1/4 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Chicken Powder, 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, 3/4 tsp. Sugar and some chopped Green Onions. Mix well and cover with plastic wrap.  Set aside. 

In a pan, add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil. Add in 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Add in the Pork with some Annatto Seed Oil.  Cook on medium heat until cooked. Remove from heat.  Add in the egg mixture. Add in the chopped Green Onions. Mix well. 

Add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan.  Add 1 tsp. minced Garlic.  Saute for a few seconds.  Add in the egg mixture with the pork. Let it cook for a few minutes.  Add some chopped Green Onions on top.  Add the egg yolk mixture with the Annatto Seed Oil.  Flip until both sides are cooked evenly.  Remove from heat and enjoy with meal.
