Blueberry Thick Waffle Recipe

 


Ingredients

Batter
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 cup Oat milk (add more as needed)
1 Tbsp. Avocado Butter + extra butter

Blueberry Fillings
1 cup Blueberry
1 cup Sugar

2 cups All Purpose Flour in a large bowl.  Add in 1 tsp. Baking Powder. Add 1 cup Sugar. Add 1 cup Oat Milk (add more as needed). Add 2 Eggs. Mix. Add 1 Tbsp. Avocado Butter.  Add 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract. Mix well, cover and let it set aside for about 15 minutes. 

Cook 1 cup Blueberry and 1 cup Sugar until the sugar melt and the blueberry are cooked down. Pour into a bowl and set aside. 


Batter, Fillings and a little bit of butter.

Turn on your waffle maker.  Spread some butter on top and bottom.  Add in some batter, filling and batter again.  Let it cook until golden.  Remove from waffle maker and enjoy.
