Ingredients
1 whole Chicken
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Shallot
1/2 Onion
1 Bunch Scallions
Clean 1 Chicken. Cut slits into the chicken.
Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp. Shallots, 2 tsp. Sugar, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, 2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce and mix well. Marinate the chicken with the sauce. Set aside for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, place a plate in steamer. Cut 1 Shallot and 1/2 Onion. Place the Chicken in the steamer. Add in Shallot and Onion. Cut 1 bunch Scallions and place it around the Chicken. Steam for 30-40 minutes, depends on the size of the chicken. Remove from steamer and enjoy with meal.
