Fish Sauce Fried Eggs (Trứng chiên nước mắm) Recipe

 


Ingredients

1 tsp. Chili Sauce
2 tsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Water
5 Eggs
1 chopped Shallots
chopped Green Onions
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
chopped Cilantro
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
Olive Oil

Chop some Green Onions, Cilantro and Shallots. 

Add in 2 Tbsp. Water, 2 tsp. Sugar, 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce, 1 tsp. Chili Sauce, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning and 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. 

In a pan add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and some chopped Shallots. Add in the mixture and cook on medium heat. Pour into a bowl and set aside. 

Add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan.  Add in some Green Onions.  Add in 5 Eggs.  Let it cook for a few seconds.  Add in the sauce. Add in some of chopped Green Onions.  Serve with Rice.  Enjoy.
