Ingredients
Rice Paper
Chili Sate
Eggs
Chili Sauce
chopped Green Onions
Pork Topping
3/4 cup Ground Pork
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 cooked Carrot
1 cooked Corn
Cook 1 corn in the microwave. Set aside.
Peel and cut 1 carrot into cubes. Boil and drain out the water. Set aside.
To make the ground pork topping, add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan. Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Add 3/4 cup Ground Pork. Add 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce. Add 1 tsp. Sugar and 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Add the cooked Carrot and Corn. Add in 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Mix well until cooked, remove from heat.
Using a large pan, place over medium heat and place a rice paper into the pan. Add some Chili Sate. Add in some chopped Green Onions. Add in 1 Egg. Sprinkle the meat topping on top. Wait for the rice paper to turn crispy. Add some chili sauce on top and enjoy. Repeat until you used up all the toppings. It makes about 4 pizzas.
