Ingredients
3 Corns
1 Chinese Sausage
1/3 cup Dried Shrimp (soak in water)
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
2 Tbsp. unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
Sautéed Garlic
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
Soak 1/3 cup Dried Shrimp until soften.
Scrape 3 Corns and steam for 5 minutes. Scoop it out of the steamer and let it air dry.
Cut 1 Chinese Sausage into little cubes.
In a small pan, add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Saute until slightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside.
Using the same pan, add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Saute for a few seconds. Add in the Dried Shrimp and the Chinese Sausage. Mix for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
Using a large pan, add in 2 Tbsp. unsalted Butter. Add in the cooked Corn. Add in the Dried Shrimp/Chinese Sausage. Add 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt, 2 tsp. Sugar and the sautéed Garlic. Mix well on medium heat and serve.
