Fried Egg Rice (Cơm chiên trứng) Recipe

 


Ingredients

2 Eggs
1 tsp. Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
4 cups cooked Rice (1 day old)
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
chopped Green Onions
Ground Black Pepper



Beat 1 egg in a bowl.  Heat up a pan, add in 1 tsp. Olive Oil.  Pour in the egg.  Cook the eggs.  Then cut into small pieces into a bowl and set aside. 
Add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil in a wok.  Using high-heat, add in 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  Add in 4 cups cooked 1 day old Rice. Add 1 Egg. Add 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce. Add 1 tsp. Sugar. Add 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Mix well. Add in chopped Green Onions. Mix. Add in the cooked Eggs. Add in some Ground Black Pepper.  Serve and enjoy.
