Soy Sauce Chicken Wings (Canh Ga Chien Nuoc Tuong)

2 lbs Wings
3 1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Black Bean Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sugar
Black Pepper
3 minced Garlic Cloves
Frying Oil

To get started you will need to marinate the chicken wings.  Remember to rinse your wings first and set aside to air dry for a little bit.
Then put into a large bowl to marinate.  Add 3 1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce. Add 1 Tbsp. Sugar. Add 3 minced Garlic Cloves.
Add 1 tsp. Black Bean Sauce.  Add 1 1/2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce.  Add some Black Pepper.  Mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
After 1 hour, have your frying oil ready.  Drop in your wings and fry until it is golden brown.  Remember to turn the wings so it can fry evenly.
Once it's golden, remove from frying oil and place on paper towel.
