How to Boil Peanuts (Cach Luoc Dau Phong)
Ingredients
1 lb. Peanuts
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
Water

Soak the Peanuts in water overnight.  Next day, rinse and wash the Peanuts about 3 times.
Put into a large pot.  Fill the pot with Water. Using medium heat, bring to a boil. Add in 1 1/2 tsp. Salt.  
Let it boil for about 3 hours or until the peanuts are soften.  Remember to constantly add more water.   
After 3 hours, drain out the water and wait for it to cool.
