Vietnamese Grilled Chicken with Lemongrass (Ga Nuong Xa)

10-12 Chicken Wings
1/2 cup minced Lemongrass
2 tsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. minced Onion
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/3 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
Black Pepper
1 tsp. Five Spice Powder

Cut 10-12 Chicken Wings into two pieces, put into a bowl, and set aside. Mince some Lemongrass, you need about 1/2 a cup. Put in a bowl and set aside.
Marinate the Chicken, add 2 tsp. minced Garlic. Add 1/2 cup minced Lemongrass. Add 1 Tbsp. minced Onion. Add 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce. Add 2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce.
Add 1/3 tsp. Salt. Add 1 tsp. Sugar. Add some Black Pepper. Mix well.  Add 1 tsp. Five Spice Powder. Mix and cover with plastic wrap.  Let it marinate for 3 hours.
Grill until cooked.  Then serve.
