Peel and cut into slices. Put in a Dehydrator.  Turn on Dehydrator, wait for it to dry.  If you don't have a Dehydrator, you can put in a toaster and set on the lowest temperature.  Wait for it to dry, constantly check on it.
Once it has dried, it should look something like this.
