Chuoi Chien (Vietnamese Fried Bananas)

Chuoi Chien (Vietnamese Fried Bananas)

1 cup Banana Batter
1 Tbsp. Sugar
3/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Water
2-4 Lady Finger Bananas or 2 regular Bananas
Oil to Fry

Coconut Sauce
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp. Sugar
Pinch of Salt

In a bowl add 1 cup Banana Batter. Add 1/2 cup Water. Add 3/4 cup Coconut Milk and 1 Tbsp. Sugar.
Now mix well.  Let it sits for 30 minutes.
Peel and cut your Bananas. Press slightly to flatten your Bananas.
Once you flatten all your Bananas.  Cover the Bananas with the batter.
Using high heat drop it in the oil to fry. 
When it turns brown take it out and lay it on top of a paper towel to drain the oil.
To make the Coconut Sauce add 1/2 cup Coconut Milk, 1 Tbsp. Sugar, and a pinch of Salt.
Pour into a small bowl so you can dip the Fried Bananas in the Coconut Sauce.
