Mang Kho Dau Hu (Braised Tofu with Bamboo Shoots)

Ingredients:
1 pound Bamboo Shoots
1 package of Fried Tofu
2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 chopped Green Onion
1/2 cup Water
Dash of Black Pepper

Cut the Bamboo Shoots about 2 inches long then tear it into thinner strips.
Rinse the Bamboo Shoots, squeeze out the water, and set aside to dry.
Rinse the Tofu and cut into smaller pieces.
Add 2 Tbsp. oil into pan then add in 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic.
Sauté until it turns slightly brown then add in the Bamboo Shoots.
Then add in your Tofu.  Stir for 1-2 minutes
Add 1/2 cup Soy Sauce.,2 Tbsp. Sugar,1 tsp. Salt, and 1/2 cup Water.  Let is simmer for a few minutes.
Add in chopped Green Onions and a dash of Black Pepper.
