Spaghetti with Shrimp and Sate Sauce (Mì ý tôm sốt sa tế) Recipe

 

Ingredients

1 lb. Spaghetti 
1/3 cup Water
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp. minced Garlic
3/4 cup Sate 
2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
5 Shrimp
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Lettuce
Boiled Egg

Boil 1 lb. Spaghetti, drain out the water and set aside. 

Add 1/3 cup water to a sauce pan and add in a pinch of Salt.  Bring to a simmer.  Add in 1/2 tsp. minced Garlic and add in 5 Shrimp. Remove from heat when it turns pink and remove the shell. 

Using medium high heat, add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a wok. Add in 1 tsp. minced Garlic and some white section of Green Onions.  Add in 3/4 cup Sate and the Spaghetti.  Add 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 2 tsp. Sugar and mix. Add 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce. Add in the Green Onions and Shrimp and 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper.  Serve with Lettuce and Boiled Egg.  Enjoy!

King crab legs with tamarind sauce (Cua hoàng đế xào me) Recipe

 


Ingredients

Prepping Crab
3 King Crab Legs
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
Frying Oil

Tapioca mixture
1/2 tsp. Tapioca Starch
3 Tbsp. Water

Tamarind Mixture
2 Tbsp. Annatto Seed Oil
2 Tbsp. chopped Garlic/Shallots
1 cup Tamarind Sauce
4 Tbsp. Water
2 tsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Tapioca mixture
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Red Chili Powder

Stir-fry Crab with Tamarind 
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
Tamarind mixture
Fried Crab
Green Onions

Coat the King Crab Legs in All Purpose Flour.  Fry the Crab Legs until lightly golden, remove from frying oil and set aside. 

Mix 1/2 tsp. Tapioca Starch with 3 Tbsp. Water and set aside. 

Add 2 Tbsp. Annatto Seed Oil into a sauce pan.  Add 2 Tbsp. chopped Garlic/Shallots.  Sauté for a few seconds. Add in 1 cup Tamarind Sauce and 4 Tbsp. Water.  Cook on low heat. Add 2 tsp. Sugar. Add 2 Tbsp. Tapioca mixture. Add 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce. Add 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Add 1/2 tsp. Red Chili Powder. Bring to  a simmer and remove from heat. Set aside the Tamarind mixture. 

Using a wok, add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil.  Add 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  Cook on high heat. Add the Tamarind mixture, fried Crab and Green Onions.  Mix and serve.  Enjoy!

Vietnamese Egg Rolls Pork and Shrimp (Chả giò tôm thịt) Recipe

 


Ingredients
1 cup Wood Ear Mushroom
1 cup Bean Thread
1 package Egg Roll Wrappers
1 1/2 cup Taro
1 cup Carrot
7 oz. Pork
7 oz. Shrimp
1 cup chopped Onion
1 Egg
Frying Oil
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Soak Wood Ear Mushroom and Bean Thread until soften.  Drain out the water and rinse.  You need about 1 cup of each.  

Cut Taro into strips. You need about 1 1/2 cup. 
Cut Carrot into strips.  You need about 1 cup. 

Cut 7 oz. Pork and place in a food processor.  Add in 4 Garlic Cloves.  Add 7 oz. Shrimp.  Process until minced.  Place in a large bowl.  

Place the Wood Ear Mushroom in the food processor and process.  Place in the large bowl with the Pork/Shrimp. Add in 1 1/2 cup Taro, 1 cup Carrot, 1 cup chopped Onion, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper, 1 cup Bean Thread and 1 Egg Yolk.  Save the Egg White for later. Mix well.  Wrap the Egg Rolls, use the Egg White to seal the ends.  Fry until golden.  Enjoy!

Braised Salmon with Pineapple (Cá hồi kho thơm) Recipe

 


Ingredients
Marinate Salmon
1.5 lb. Salmon
1 tsp. chopped Shallot
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
Ground Black Pepper

Braising
1 Pineapple
Green Onions
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallot
2 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Water
1 tsp. Fish Sauce
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
Ground Black Pepper


Cut 1 Pineapple into bite size pieces. Cut and rinse 1.5 lb. Salmon. Cut some Green Onions. 

Marinate the Salmon.  Place in a bowl and add in 1 tsp. chopped Shallot. Add 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil, 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder and some Ground Black Pepper. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, air fry the Salmon for 15 minutes.  Set aside. 

Add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan.  Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallot.  Cook on medium high heat.  Add in the Pineapple and 2 Tbsp. Sugar.  Add 3 Tbsp. Water, continue to simmer on high heat.  Add 1 tsp. Fish Sauce. Add 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder. Add in the Salmon. Continue to let it simmer.  Add in some Green Onions and Ground Black Pepper.  Enjoy with meal!

Ramen with Bok Choy in Ginger Sauce (Mì ramen nấu với bok choy và nước sốt gừng) Recipe

 


Ingredients
3 Ramen Noodles 
Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
5 Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined) 
Cilantro
Green Onions
3 cups Bok Choy
2 1/2 tsp. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Ginger Sauce
2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
Ground Black Pepper

Boil 3 Ramen noodles, rinse and drain out the water.  Add some Sesame Oil, mix and set aside. 

Add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a wok.  Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Sauté for a few seconds. Add in 5 Large Shrimp. Cook on medium high heat. Add in some Cilantro and Green Onions. Add in 3 cups Bok Choy.  Add 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar and 2 Tbsp. Ginger Sauce.  Mix and add in 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Continue to mix.  Add in the cooked Noodles. Add in 2 Tbsp. Ginger Sauce, 1 tsp. Sugar and 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Continue to mix on medium high heat for 1-2 minutes.  Add some Ground Black Pepper.  Remove from heat.  Serve and enjoy!

Vietnamese Dry Egg Noodles (Mì khô) Recipe

 


Ingredients
Egg Noodles
cooked Pork
Bok Choy
Pinch of Salt
Green Onions
Garlic Oil
5 Shrimp
Quail Eggs
Pork Soup
Vietnamese Dry Noodle Sauce
Jalapeño
Cilantro
Lettuce

Cut the Jalapeño, Cilantro and Green Onions. Set aside. 

Fill a pot with water, add in a pinch of Salt and Garlic. Boil 5 Large Shrimp. Set aside. 

Cut some cooked Pork into thin pieces and boil some Quail Eggs.  Set aside. 

Cook some Pork Bone Soup and set aside. 

Blanch some Green Onions and Bok Choy.  Boil some Egg Noodles. 

Place the Egg Noodles in a bowl.  Add in 1 tsp. Garlic Oil and Vietnamese Dry Noodle Sauce.  Mix. Assemble the bowl by adding some Lettuce, Shrimp, Pork, Quail Eggs, Bok Choy, Green Onions, Jalapeño, Cilantro and Crispy Shallots.

Serve with a bowl of Pork Bone Soup. Enjoy!

Grilled Shrimp on Lemongrass Sticks (Chạo tôm nướng sả) Recipe

 


Ingredients
2.5 lb. Shrimp
Lemongrass Sticks
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 cup Shallots/Garlic
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Tapioca Starch
1/2 tsp. Ground Chili Pepper
1/2 tsp. Chili Flakes
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Baking Powder

Peel and devein 2.5 lb. Shrimp.  Place in a food processor.  Add in 1 cup of Garlic/Shallots, 1 tsp. Baking Powder, 2 Tbsp. Tapioca Starch, 2 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1/2 tsp. Chili Pepper Powder, 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce, 1 tsp. Sesame Oil, 1/2 tsp. Chili Flakes, 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper.  Process until it turns into a paste.  Place in the fridge for 1 hour.  After 1 hour, process again.  Wrap the Shrimp paste onto Lemongrass stick.  Repeat until you used up all the Shrimp paste.  Grill until golden.  Serve and enjoy!

Scallops Congee (Cháo sò điệp) Recipe

 


Ingredients
1/2 cup Rice
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
5 Scallops
Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 Carrot (cut)
5 Shiitake Mushroom (cut)
5 cups Pork Broth
Green Onions
1 cup Water

Cook 5 cups of Pork Broth.  Drain out the broth and set aside. 

Rinse 1/2 cup Rice.  Fill a pot with the rice and 1 cup water.  Cook on medium high heat.  Add in 5 cups of Pork Broth. Bring to a high simmer. 

Cut 5 Scallops and rinse/clean with wine and set aside. 

Add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan on medium high heat.  Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots.  Add in the Scallops. Mix for a few minutes.  Add 5 Shiitake Mushrooms (cut) add in 1 cooked Carrots (cut into cubes).  Continue to mix. Add some chopped Green Onions and Ground Black Pepper.  Remove from heat and set aside. 

When the rice starts to have a congee consistency, add in the scallop stir-fry mixture.  Add in Green Onions.  Add in 1 tsp. Sugar, 1 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning and mix. 

Serve and enjoy!

Tuna Steaks in Tomato Sauce (Cá ngừ sốt cà chua) Recipe

 


Ingredients
1.5 lb. Tuna Steaks
1 lb. Tomatoes
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. minced/chopped Garlic/Shallots
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Water
1 tsp. Fish Sauce
chopped Green Onions
Ground Black Peppers

Pan fry 1.5 lb. Tuna Steaks until golden.  Remove from heat and set aside. 

Remove seeds from 1 lb. Tomatoes.  Process the Tomatoes until it turns into a paste.  

Add 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a pan and 3 Tbsp. minced/chopped Garlic/Shallots.  Saute for a few seconds. Add in the Tomato Paste.  Add 1 tsp. Salt, 3 tsp. Sugar, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning and mix.  Add in 3 Tbsp. Water. Add 1 tsp. Fish Sauce. Add Tuna Steak.  Let it simmer on high heat for a few minutes. Add chopped Green Onions and Ground Black Peppers.  Serve and enjoy!

Garlic and Rosemary Scallops (Sò điệp tỏi và cây mê điệt) Recipe

 


Ingredients
11 Scallops
1/3 cup Vodka
Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
3 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Butter
Ground Black Pepper
Rosemary

Clean with 1/3 cup Vodka and pat dry 11 Scallops.  Pour some Olive oil in a pan.  Add in the Scallops and a pinch of Salt. Fry until golden on both sides. Remove from heat.  Use a different pan, add in 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 3 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  When it’s slightly golden, remove the Garlic and set aside.  

Using medium heat, add in 2 Tbsp. Butter in a pan.  Add in the Garlic and Scallops. Add in a pinch of Ground Black Pepper and Rosemary.  Remove from heat and serve.  Enjoy!

Pan Fried Chilean Sea Bass with Fish Sauce and Garlic Recipe

 


Ingredients

Fish
1.5 lb. Chilean Sea Bass
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped Thai Chili 
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
Oil

Sauce
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic/Shallots
2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
3 tsp. Sugar
Mushroom Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Water
Ground Black Pepper

Rinse 1.5 lb. Sea Bass and cut into smaller pieces.  Set aside.

In a small bowl add in 1 tsp. Salt, 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp. chopped Thai Chili and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots.  Mix and smash.  

Spread it onto the Fish, set aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, pan fry the fish until golden.  Remove from heat and set aside. 

In a small pan add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil.  Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic/Shallots.  Saute for a few seconds.  Add in 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce. Add 3 tsp. Sugar.  Add 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Add 1 Tbsp. Water. Mix.  Add in the fried fish.  Add some Ground Black Pepper.  Serve and enjoy!

Scallop with Shiitake Mushroom and Vegetables (Sò điệp với nấm Shiitake và rau) Recipe

 


Ingredients
8 Scallops
Rice Wine
Salt
7 Shiitake Mushrooms
2 Carrots
1 Tbsp. Tapioca Starch
1/3 cup Water
1/4 tsp. Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Ginger Strips/Garlic/Shallots
1 lb. Bok Choy
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
chopped Green Onions


Clean 8 Scallops with Rice Wine and Salt.  Set aside. 

Rinse 7 Shiitake Mushrooms and set aside. 

Cut 2 Carrots into slices and boil until cooked.  Drain out the water and set aside. 

Mix 1 Tbsp. Tapioca Starch with 1/3 cup Water.  Add in 1/4 tsp. Dark Soy Sauce. Mix well and set aside. 

Add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil into a wok. Add in 2 Tbsp. Ginger Strips/Garlic/Shallots.  Cook on high medium heat, add in the Scallops. When both sides brown, add in the Carrots and Shiitake Mushrooms.  Stir for a few seconds and add in the Tapioca Starch mixture. Add in 1 lb. Bok Choy, 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce and mix.  Add in 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper and chopped Green Onions.  Mix and serve.  Enjoy!

Prawn boil in Coconut Water (Tôm luộc nước dừa) Recipe

 


Ingredients

Prawns
Young Coconut
Lime
Thai Chili Pepper
Salt

Rinse the Prawns and place in a large pot.  Cut 1 Young Coconut and pour the Coconut Water into the pot.  Boil on medium high heat until it turns pink.

In a small bowl cut some Thai Chili Pepper and add in some Salt.  Salt and chili together and then squeeze in some Lime Juice.  

Dip the cooked prawn in the spicy sauce and enjoy.

Halibut Steamed with Scallion (Cá chim lớn hấp với hành lá) Recipe

 


Ingredients
1 lb. Halibut Fillet
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. chopped Shallots
1 tsp. Chili Powder *optional
1 tsp. Ginger Powder
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Scallion
Chili Pepper *optional


In a bowl add in 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice, 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1 tsp. chopped Shallots, 1 tsp. Chili Powder, 1 tsp. Ginger Powder, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 tsp. Salt and 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Mix well. 

Marinate 1 lb. Halibut Fillet and set aside for 15 minutes. 

Place some Scallion on a plate and place the fish on top.  Have your steamer ready.  Steam until cooked.  Place some fresh Scallion on top and Chili Pepper.  Remove from heat and serve.  Enjoy!

Grilled Lobster Tail Spicy with Sate Sauce Recipe

 


Ingredients
3 Lobster Tail
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 Tbsp. Sate Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Salt
Ground Black Pepper

Rinse 3 Lobster Tail and then cut in half. Place in a aluminum pan.  

To make the marinate sauce.  In a bowl, add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Add 1 Tbsp. Sate Sauce. Add 1 tsp. Sugar. Add 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Add 1/2 tsp. Salt. Add some Ground Black Pepper.  Mix well. Spread it onto the Lobster.  Set aside for 10 minutes and grill until golden.  Serve and enjoy!

Squid with Lemongrass and Turmeric Recipe

 

Ingredients


Prepare/Marinate Squid
1 lb. Squid
Rice Wine Salt
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass
1/2 tsp. Salt

Cooking
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic/Shallots
2 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass
1 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
Pinch of Salt
chopped Thai Chili Pepper
Onion
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper

Mince some Lemongrass, you need about 2-3 Tbsp.  Chop some Thai Chili Pepper.

Clean and rinse 1 lb. Squid with Rice Wine and Salt. Cut the squid into strips and place in a large bowl.  Add in 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 2 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Add 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar, 1 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass, 1/2 tsp. Salt and mix. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes. 

After 15 minutes.  Add in 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil.  Add in 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic/chopped Shallots on medium high heat.  Add in 2 Tbsp. minced Lemongrass and mix. Add in 1 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder and the marinated Squid.  Add a pinch of Salt and chopped Thai Chili Pepper. Add in some Onion. Add Ground Black Pepper. Serve and enjoy with meal.

Crispy Fried Krill Street Food (Bánh tép chiên bột) Recipe

 


Ingredients
3/4 cup Tapioca Starch
1/4 cup Rice Flour
Water
12 oz. Krill Shrimp
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Thai Chili Pepper *optional
1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
Frying Oil

In a large ball, combine 3/4 cup Tapioca Starch and 1/4 cup Rice Flour.  Add in some water and mix into a liquid.  Cover and set aside for 30 minutes. 

Rinse 12 oz. Krill Shrimp.  Drain out the water and set aside to dry. Place in a bowl. Add in 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1/2 Ground Black Pepper and mix. Add in 1 Thai Chili Pepper (optional). Set aside for 15 minutes. 

After 30 minutes, add in 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder into the batter and mix. 

Fill a pan with frying oil.  Using a ladle, scoop some krill shrimp and dip it into the batter then into the frying oil.  Fry until golden.  Repeat until finish. Enjoy with fresh vegetables and dipping fish sauce.

How to make Dried Shrimp Fast with a Dehydrator Recipe

 


Ingredients
4 lbs. Large Shrimp with Head
1 Tbsp. Vodka
2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt

Devein 4 lbs. Large Shrimp with Head.  Place in cold water.  Drain out the water.  Boil some water.  Add in the Shrimp. Add in 2 tsp. Sugar and 1 tsp. Salt.  Add in 1 Tbsp. Vodka.  Cook until pink. Drain out the hot water.  Set aside to cool.  Peel the shell and head off.  Place the Shrimp in the dehydrator until dried.  Enjoy!

Sweet and Sour Squid (Mực chua ngọt ) Recipe

 


Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. Squid
Rice Wine
Salt
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Annatto Seed Oil
1 Bell Pepper
2 Cucumbers
2 Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1/2 Onion
Pinch of Sugar, Salt and Ground Black Pepper
chopped Cilantro

Prepare the Squid by cleaning it with Rice Wine and Salt.  Scrub salt around 1 1/2 lb. Squid and pour some Rice Wine over it.  Then rinse with water.  Cut into strips and place in a large bowl. 

Marinate the squid by adding in 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic and 2 Tbsp. chopped Shallots. Add 1 tsp. Sugar. Add 1/2 tsp. Salt. Add 1 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Add 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Add 1/2 tsp. Annatto Seed Oil.  Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes. 

Rinse 1 Bell Pepper, 2 Cucumbers and 2 Tomatoes.  Cut into bite size pieces and set aside. 

In a large pan add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil.  Add in 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  Sauté for a few seconds.  Add in the marinated squid. Add in 1/2 Onion cut into small pieces. Add in the Bell Pepper and Cucumber.  Season by add in a pinch of Sugar, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.  Mix. Add in the Tomato. Add in some chopped Cilantro. Mix and serve with meal.  Enjoy.

Stir Fry Green Beans with Bell Peppers and Shrimp (Xào đậu xanh với ớt chuông và tôm) Recipe

 


Ingredients

1 lb. Green Beans
2 Bell Peppers
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
6 Shrimp
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
3 tsp. Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Green Onions
1/4 cut Onion
Cilantro

Cut 1 lb. Green Beans.  Rinse and blanch the Green Beans.  Set aside. 

Cut 2 Bell Pepper and set aside. 

Using high medium heat, add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil into pan. Add 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic.  Add in 6 peeled Shrimp. Add in 1/4 cut Onion. Add some Green Onions. When the shrimp turn slightly pink and add in the Bell Pepper. Add in Green Beans. Add 3 tsp. Oyster Sauce. Add 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning. Add 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar. Add in some water.  Mix and stir well. Add in 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper. Add some Cilantro on top.  Serve with meal and enjoy!
