Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
4 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp. Chili Sauce
1 tsp. Dark Soy Sauce
2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
2 Tbsp. Water
2 tsp. Soy Sauce
In a pan, add in 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 3 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Saute on medium high heat until lightly golden. Drain out the oil and set aside.
In a pan, add in 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp. chopped Shallots and 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic. Saute for a few seconds. Add in 2 Tbsp. Water, 2 tsp. Soy Sauce, 4 Tbsp. Sugar, 2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce, 1 tsp. Dark Soy Sauce, 2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1 Tbsp. Chili Sauce and mix well. Continue to let it bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Strain the sauce. Add in the sautéed Garlic. Mix and use when ready.
