Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
6 oz. minced Pork
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Chives
Bean Sprouts
Lettuce
Quail Eggs
Glass Noodles
Vietnamese Dry Noodle Sauce
Garlic Oil
Shrimp
Quail Eggs
Broth Soup
Add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic into a pan. Saute for a few seconds and add in 6 oz. minced Pork. Add 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil. Mix until cooked and remove from heat.
Rinse Bean Sprouts, Lettuce and Chives. Cut the Chives and set aside.
Boil some Glass Noodles and place in a bowl. Add in some Vietnamese Dry Noodle Sauce and some Garlic Oil. Mix well.
Blanch the Chives and Bean Sprouts, place in bowl with noodles. Add in Lettuce as well.
Add the minced Pork, cooked Shrimp and Quail Eggs.
Enjoy with a bowl of side Broth Soup.
