Ingredients
2 Corns
1 cup Batter Flour
1 Carrot (cut into cubes)
1 tsp. All Purpose Flour
Frying Oil
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1 tsp. Sugar
Green Onions (chopped)
Egg
In a large bowl. Add in 1 cup Batter Flour and 1 tsp. All Purpose Flour. Add in 1 Egg. Add in 1/2 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt and 1 tsp. Sugar. Mix well, add water if needed. Then set aside.
Cook 2 Corns. Scrape the corn and put into the batter. Add in the Carrots and the Green Onions. Mix well.
Pan fry into small patties until golden. Remove from oil, set aside and serve. Enjoy.
