How to Grill Cherrystone Clam with Scallion Oil and Roasted Peanuts Recipe

 Ingredients
4 lbs Cherrystone Clams
Scallion Oil
Salt
1 cup Roasted Peanuts

Scallion Oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 cup chopped Green Onions
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil


To clean the Cherrystone Clams, add in 1 tsp. Salt.  Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour before you start grilling.
Crush 1 cup Roasted Peanuts and set aside. 

Cut some Green Onions, you’ll need about 1 cup.  Mix in 1/4 tsp. Salt and 1/2 tsp. Sugar. Mix well. In a pan, add in 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil on medium heat.  Add in the Green Onions.  Mix for about 1 minute and remove from heat. Set it aside. 

Have your char griller ready. Place the clams on the griller. Grill until the clam opens up. 
Once it opens up, add in the Scallion Oil and the Roasted Peanuts.  Remove from griller and enjoy!
