Pickled Onions Recipe

1 1/2 cup Vinegar
2 large Onions
3/4 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt

Fill a bowl with water and add in 1 Tbsp. Salt.  Mix well.  Cut 2 Onions and put into the mixture. Set aside for 15 minutes. 

In a sauce pan, add in 1 1/2 cup Vinegar and 3/4 cup Sugar.  Mix well on medium heat. Once the Sugar dissolved, remove from heat and set aside to cool completely.

Drain out the water from the Onions.  In a clean jar, fill it up with the Onions.  Pour in the Vinegar mixture. Close the jar and wait for at least 1 day to use.  Enjoy with Pho or Salad.
