Dough
2 1/4 cup Bread Flour
1 cup Water
1 Tbsp
4 Tbsp. Salted Butter

Filling
1/2 lb. Ground Pork
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 cup Chives
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Rice Cooking Wine
1 tsp. minced Garlic
1 tsp. chopped Shallots
1 chopped Carrot
Black Pepper

In a bowl add 1/2 lb. Ground Pork, 1/2 cup cut Chives, 1 chopped Carrot, 1 tsp. minced Garlic, 1 tsp. chopped Shallots,
1 tsp. Sesame Oil, 1 tsp. Rice Cooking Wine, 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt, 1 tsp. Sugar and Black Pepper.  Mix well, cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 15 minutes.

In a bowl add in 2 1/4 cup Bread Flour, 1 cup Water, 1 Tbsp. Oil and 4 Tbsp. salted Butter.  Mix well until it forms a dough.
Sprinkle some flour to avoid dough sticking, roll it out.
Divide into equal pieces.

Take one piece and flatten it out.  Place some filling in the center and sealed it up.  Flatten the bun and repeat until you used up all the dough and filling.

In a pan, add in some oil.  Pan fry the buns until nice and golden on both sides.  Remove from pan and enjoy while hot.
