Sriracha Chicken Wings Recipe

2 lbs. Chicken Wings
2 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1/4 cup diced Shallots
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
3 Tbsp. Sriracha
2 Tbsp. Paprika
1 chopped Chili Pepper (optional)
Frying Oil

Rinse 2 lbs. Chicken Wings and put into a large bowl.  Marinate with 2 Tbsp. minced Garlic, 1/4 cup diced Shallots, 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce, 3 Tbsp. Sriracha and 2 Tbsp. Paprika.  Optional 1 chopped Chili Pepper. Mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 3 hours.

Have frying oil ready, put the marinated Chicken Wings and fry until golden brown.

Once golden, remove and place on paper towel.  Serve with some Sriracha sauce and enjoy.
