2 cups Bread Flour
6 Hot Dog Sausage
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. Salt
180mL Whole Milk
3 Tbsps. unsalted Butter
1 Egg Yolk
2 Tbsps. Sugar
2 1/4 tsp. Dry Active Yeast
1 Egg White (for Egg Wash)
Sesame Seeds (Black or White)

Warm up 180mL Whole Milk, about 100-110 degrees F.  Add 2 1/4 tsp. Dry Active Yeast. Add 2 Tbsps. Sugar. Add 1 Tbsp. Salt Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl add 2 cups Bread Flour.  Add 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour. Quickly mix.  Add in the milk mixture. Add 1 Egg Yolk.
Add 3 Tbsps. unsalted Butter, make sure you melt it. Mix and start kneading the dough.  If it seems too dry you can add some more milk.
Knead the dough until it becomes like this.  Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in a warm area for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
After 1 hour, take it out and knead a few more times.  Roll out a piece of the dough, take half of a sausage and wrap around it.
Place on pan.  Repeat until you use up all the dough and sausage. Let it sit for about 7 minutes. Then spread some Egg Wash on top.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds.  Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
