Pan-fry Chilean Sea Bass (Ca Chien Chilean Sea Bass)

1 lb. Chilean Sea Bass
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Butter
Black Pepper

Rinse 1 lb. Chilean Sea Bass and let it air dry.  In a pan add 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil.  Add 3 Tbsp. Butter. Add in 1 lb. Chilean Sea Bass. Add Salt and Pepper.
Pan-fry for a few minutes.  Add Salt and Black Pepper.  Flip over and pan-fry for another few minutes or until golden.
Remove from heat. Serve with Tomatoes and Lettuce.
