Persimmons Fruit Leather (Hong Kho)

Ingredient
6-7 Ripe Persimmons

Peel the skin.  Scoop the inside into a blender.  Turn on blender.  Pour it onto the Dehydrator Leather Sheet. 
Smooth it out using a spoon.  Turn on Dehydrator Machine at 135 degrees F for 5 hours. 
Peel it off the sheet.  Cut into small pieces and roll.
