Nui Xao Thit Bo Bam (Stir-Fry Pasta with Ground Beef)
Ingredients
1 cup Pasta (Any Kind)
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup sliced Onion
1/2 cup Ground Beef
1/3 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Rice Cooking Wine
Some chopped Cilantro
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Oil
Boil your Pasta until soften. It takes about 7 minutes. Then drain out and rinse with water, set aside. In a pan add in 1 Tbsp. Oil. Add in 1/4 cup sliced Onion.
Sauté for a few minutes. Add in 1/2 cup Ground Beef. Stir until slightly cooked. Add in 1/2 tsp. Rice Cooking Wine. Add in 1/2 cup Ketchup.
Add in 1/3 tsp. Garlic Powder. Add in 1/2 tsp. Sugar. Continue to stir. Add in your pasta. Stir for a few minutes using medium to low heat.
Add in 1 tsp. Soy Sauce. Stir and add in some Black Pepper. Turn off heat. Add in some chopped Cilantro and serve.
