Hot Dieu Mau (Annatto Seed Oil)
1 tsp. Annatto Seed
1/2 cup Oil
In a pan add in 1/2 cup Oil. Then add in 1 tsp. Annatto Seed. Stir using medium-low heat. When it starts to boil remove from heat.
Throw away the seed. Pour the oil in a bowl or a container to use.
