Vietnamese Egg Rolls Vermicelli Noodles (Bun Cha Gio)

Ingredients
10 Egg Rolls
1 package Vermicelli Noodles
Pickled Daikon and Carrots
Dipping Fish Sauce
Fresh Herbs
Bean Sprouts
Cucumbers

Boil 1 package of Vermicelli Noodles.  Wait for it to soften, drain out, and rinse with cold water.  Let it air dry for a few minutes.
Add some Pickled Daikon and Carrots to your Dipping Fish Sauce.  You should have Vermicelli Noodles, Fresh Herbs, Cucumbers, Bean Sprouts, some Egg Rolls, and Pickled Daikon and Carrots with Dipping Fish Sauce.
To assemble your bowl.  Add in Cucumbers and Bean Sprouts.  Then add in some Fresh Herbs.  Add in Vermicelli Noodles. Cut about 2-3 Egg Rolls.  Pour some Pickled Daikon and Carrots with Dipping Fish Sauce on top.  Mix and enjoy.
