Vietnamese Crepe (Banh Xeo)

Vietnamese Crepe (Banh Xeo)
2 cups Rice Flour
3 1/2 cups Water
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
1/2 lb. Pork
1/2 lb. Shrimp
1 tsp. Oil
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
Some extra Oil.
Bean Sprouts
In a bowl add in 2 cups Rice Flour. Then pour in 3 1/2 cups water. Mix well.
Now add in 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder. Add in 1/2 cup chopped Green Onions and mix. 
Then let the batter sit for 15-20 minutes.
In a small pan add 1 tsp. Oil and 1 tsp. minced Garlic. sauté until slightly brown and add some water.
Then add in 1/2 lb. Pork and a pinch of Salt. Let it simmer until the Pork is cooked.  Then cut it into thin slices.
In a different pan add in 1/2 lb. Shrimp, some Water, and a pinch of Salt.
Cook until the Shrimp turns pink.  Then cut the Shrimp in half.
Now you should have your Shrimp and Pork ready.
Prepare some Bean Sprouts and Chives. 
In a large pan add in some Oil, Shrimp, and Pork.  Using high to medium heat, wait for the pan to get hot.  Then pour in about 3/4 cup of batter.
Evenly spread the batter around the pan.  Add Chives and Bean Sprouts.  Cover with a lid and wait for it to become crispy.  Fold it in half and put on plate to serve.
Serve with fresh herbs and Fish Sauce.
