How to Fry Tofu (Cach Chien Dau Hu)
1 Garlic Clover
Rinse Tofu, let it air dry or pat it with paper towel. Tofu needs to be small squares, if it is bigger remember to cut it. Fill pot with Frying Oil. Drop in a Garlic Clover. When oil starts to form bubbles around the Garlic Clover put in the Tofu.
Cover the pot for a few minutes. Check on it constantly, do not let it burn. To evenly fry the Tofu remember to flip it. Once it turns golden. Remove from oil and layout on paper towel. You can now dip it in Fish Sauce or spread some Scallion oil to serve.
