Vietnamese Caramelized Ribs (Suon Ram Man)

3 Ribs (Cut 1-2 inches long)
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Salt
4-5 Garlic Clovers (minced)
2 Tbsp. Minced Onion
2-3 Tbsp. Water (add more if needed)
Black Pepper
Green Onions
1 tsp. Soy Sauce

Finely chop your 4-5 Garlic Clovers, you need about 2 Tbsp. of minced Onion.
Cut the ribs about 1-2 inches long, put in a bowl.
To marinate add in 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce, 1 tsp. Sugar, 1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning, 1/4 tsp. Salt, Minced Garlic (4-5 Clovers), 2 Tbsp. Minced Onion, and Black Pepper.
Let it marinate for at least 1 1/2 hr.
In a pan add in 1 Tbsp. oil and some minced Garlic.  Sauté for a few seconds and add in the ribs. Stir the ribs then add in 1 tsp. Soy Sauce.
After 10 minutes add in 2-3 Tbsp. Water.  You can add more water if needed. Wait for it to caramelized. Cook for 20 minutes.
Once it has caramelized, chop some green Onions and add in with the ribs.
Stir for a few seconds and you're done.
