Canh Mong Toi Tom (Spinach Shrimp Soup)

4-6 Shrimp
4 Garlic Clovers
2 Handful Mong Toi
1 Green Onion

Other Ingredients:
1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
A Dash Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Oil
5 cups Water

Finely chop your Garlic. Chop your Shrimp and Green Onion then put aside.
Add 1 tbsp. Oil and Garlic.  Sauté until it is slightly brown and add in the Shrimp.
When the Shrimp turns pink add in 5 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
Add in 1/4 tsp. Mushroom Seasoning and 1/4 tsp. Salt. Add in 1/2 tsp. Sugar. Add in 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce.
Add in Mong Toi.  Stir for a few seconds. Add in your chopped Green Onions and a dash of Black Pepper.
Stir and you are done.
