Canh Rau Dang Recipe

Canh Rau Dang

1 Basket of Herbs
1 Green Onion Stalk
3 Garlic Clovers
Small Piece of Pork
3 Shrimp
1 tsp oil
1 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Mushroom Seasoning
1/3 tsp Sugar
1 tsp of Fish Sauce
Black Pepper

Step 1
Chop the Shrimp and Pork together.
Chop Green Onion and Garlic.

Step 2
Add 1 tsp oil into pan and saute the Garlic.  When it turns slightly brown add in Shrimp and Pork. 
Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.  Set aside.

Step 3
Pour 4-5 cups of water into a pot. Bring water to a boil.  Cut the Bitter Herbs shorter. 
Once water starts to boil add in the Shrimp and Pork. 

Step 4
Add in 1 tsp Salt, 1/3 tsp Mushroom Seasoning, 1/3 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp of Fish Sauce, and Black Pepper

Step 5
Add in the Herbs, let it simmer for a few seconds and add in chopped Green Onion.
