Garden: Artichokes, Water Spinach, Tomatoes, Yam Leaves, and Chives.

 

Our garden is growing nicely.  My dad planted his artichoke plant from seed last year and to our surprise we will be have a lot of artichokes.   I’m looking forward to eating and drinking artichokes.

 


We also have some tomatoes growing.  These aren't ready yet, but I can't wait. 

Here are some chives. 

Water Spinach

Yam Leaves, love eating these with Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam).
